I own all commissioned artwork, meaning you cannot claim the artwork as your own or repost without credit

If you don't want the piece to be posted in my portfolio or on social media, please tick the option in the request form

I have the right to refuse a specific commission request

Additional charges may apply depending on complexity of the design

Do not edit my art without permission

Do not trace, re-sell, or use my artwork for AI

I only accept full payment upfront. No work will be done on the commission until the payment has been recieved

After recieving the payment, the commissioner may request to see updates on the piece at any time

Ideas/concepts for the posing and character will be discussed at the beginning of the commission process before any work has been done. These must be specified upon initial request, and if I need clarifcation I will reach out

Once the commission is completed, only minor tweaks will be made upon request

Turn around time is subject to change based on the type of commission. Each commission will have a specified turn around time period, and if I cannot complete the commission within that time period, the commissioner will be notified

If you have a specific deadline for a piece, please provide the date on the request form

If you wish to expedite the commission process, you may request a priority status for an additional fee (50% of original price)

The finished piece is for personal use only (i.e. streaming, content creation, references, etc.). If you wish to use the artwork for any non-personal use (i.e. produce merchandise, comercial purposes, etc.) fees will apply

You may upload the finished artwork to your social medias as long as you credit me. If I do not have an account on the platform you are uploading to, credit with a link to my VGen

Tracing or editing the image in any way (i.e. removing the watermark) is strictly prohibited

You may not make edits/alterations to my artwork with AI or upload my artwork to AI generators. Using my artwork as NFTs is also prohibited. I will never sell my artwork as NFTs

I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork. This includes, but isn't limited to, advertising, displaying the piece on my website, social media, and portfolios

I have rights to use process work for future projects, personal or otherwise. The process will be posted on my social media accounts unless clients request otherwise before the commission is completed

Refunds are only allowed if I haven't started working on your commission, or I have informed you that I cannot finish it

If I have already begun work on your commission, then no refunds will be issued/accepted

If you have any questions before, during, or after the commission has been completed, you may discuss them with me through VGen

If you have a different method you wish to communicate through, you may ask, but I have the right to decline communication on other platforms

I usually respond to messages within 24 hours, but I aim to respond as quickly as possible
